Way over charged! Two barrels changed. One door and one screen. $495 Was told it would be under $380 and I thought that was expensive! Unprofessional behaviour! Tradesman was unorganised and extremely messy! Tradesman sent abusive text when I passed my experience on the head office. Head office never followed up, which is very poor on their behalf! I would never recommend this company! Wish I had done my research as they are a great amount of 1 star reviews. Word of mouth has extremely poor reviews. They are known for ripping people off!
The biggest rip off! Poor service! RUDE tradesman! Disputed the amount I was charged. Totally ignored. The tradesman [Name Removed] was abusive when confronted with the price. He was super messy, unorganised, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He took hours to do a job that should have been under an hour. The company themselves is Premium Locksmiths Gold Coast. Don’t use them.
★☆☆☆☆ SCAM – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. What started as a simple service request turned into a complete nightmare. They advertise low prices, but once they arrive, they inflate the cost massively without warning and pressure you into paying. The technician was unprofessional, refused to provide a detailed invoice, and demanded immediate payment in cash or via mobile apps. When I questioned the charges, they became aggressive and evasive.
After doing some research, I discovered multiple similar complaints online – this appears to be part of a larger scam operation using different business names and fake reviews to trick people.
I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Report them to your local consumer protection agency and warn your friends and family.
