Poorly run organisation… – Have had numerous issues with these guys with my Samsung washer. What bugs me the most is their horrible customer service. The techs were nice and pleasant but didn’t have a nice thing to say about the company which is very telling. It seems the business has closed its doors and good riddance. Tony and Michael, hang your head in shame..how does failure taste?

appointment was made and some effort was required in making arrangements to admit the serviceman. Who failed to attend. At a second appointment the serviceman asked for a call out fee before the problem could be diagnosed 'in case' the issue was not one of warranty. He ultimately decided this was the case as he 'assumed' some foreign item had 'somehow' passed the filter and damaged a pump or hose. Therefore not a warranty issue. No work was carried out, but a promise of a full report was made. This has yet to be seen. After several days an attempt to contact Premium Repair Services by Telephone was made. Seven unanswered call in all, then two emails, none of which has yielded a response were made. If you want clean clothes you maybe shouldn't buy a Samsung. If you need it repaired you definitely shouldn't call Premium.

necessary parts yet. I regret not checking the reviews before sending my phone to them. At this point, I feel frustrated and disappointed, and I believe a full refund is necessary.

mistakes will do to the customer. They promised me several times to keep my data but still erased all my data without any notice. Now they are putting all the blame on Samsung. The Samsung case manager and this repair center are kicking my caes around like a ball. They don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes at all. This is horrible. Where is my device? I NEED MY PHONE TO USE!!! NOW!!!
Nothing premium about their service – Company had my phone for 3 weeks. Tested it and no issues found - wireless charges no problems apparently.. Get the phone back and surprise surprise it doesn't wirelessly charge - off to repairs it goes again. Samsung need to use another company. Ps guys if you need instructions on how wireless charging works - I can send you a you tube tutorial video.

Fridge repair – have been trying to get my fridge repaired under warranty for a month now- and I've gotten nowhere. I initially reported the issue to Hisense who informed me that this company was the one they used. A customer service representative then contacted me within a day or two and told me I would need to wait on Hisense to send them some repair parts… Read more
before a technician could be sent out.
About a week or so later, a technician came out and basically asked me what the problem was. All of this information I had already given to them on the phone- in explicit detail. He had no repair parts with him and told me he then needed to order a couple of data loggers to record the temperature in both the fridge and freezer to ascertain the issue. He was here for no more than 5 minutes. I then waited more than a week for the technician to return and place the data loggers in the fridge. A week then passed and he came to pick them up. I followed up to find out when I will hear back regarding the outcome. I was told there was an appointment scheduled for someone to review the data at the end of the week. They couldn't tell me when I would actually hear back.
It's now been exactly a month since this whole debacle began and I am still in possession of a faulty fridge with no idea when this will actually be addressed. Perhaps the "wait on parts from Hisense" was just a coy to buy more time. Since then it's been me chasing up and getting absolutely nowhere. Disappointing to say the least.

Repairs – were not competent at disconnecting appliances or diagnosing faults with no repair and wish to take more for their incompetence of service provided. Lucky they are a service agent for bosch siemens etc as its the only way they can [Content Removed] customers
