The website is so broken I could not activate my SIM card (included in a KidsOClock GL50). Customer reviews are horrendous. If you are researching KidsOClock smartwatches, the Australian models are network locked to this provider. Take this as a warning that the cost of the watch adds the cost and cybersecurity risk of getting locked into this provider. If you must, use prepaid credit cards.

If you have a kids O clock watch, you can unlock it so you don't have to be with premium mobile. Ask chat gpt. My husband found it very straight forward. Terrible company and service.

Rubbish company - they continually take your money. I had two plans for kids o clock watches. These watches haven’t worked in almost 12 months. no response. Then they’ve automatically charged me the $150 to renew. I emailed them immediately asking for a refund - this email they responded to telling me it was too late and no money is going to be refunded and to press this link to cancel - too little too late - p*ssed off.

Worst service I can remember from a telecom company.

If you have other option don’t go with them.

mobile phone. On my laptop I could see a Disable Auto Recharge button next to the phone number to stop future payments. On a mobile phone you need to click on the + sign next to the phone number to see the boxes for Recharge OR View Usage and Disable Auto Recharge.

Terrible experience - no warnings that renewal was imminent. Just a charge to credit card – Do not use them - customer service is hopeless. Now being charged for 2x sims that we cancelled. Contacted customer service for refund and were told that the transactions cannot be reversed. Show details

No Response, No SIM – I ordered a SIM card over a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. After emailing and messaging the company, I have not received any response. I also tried using the live chat for support, but I didn’t get any answers there either; it seemed to disconnect unexpectedly.

in writing via webform to cancel the service which was ignored. I finally replied to the renewal email, and got a response that refused to cancel the service and provided (slightly better) instructions to turn off auto renewal. The 'customer service' from Jayden was downright rude. I have complained about these shady practices to TIO.

replied directly to the monthly charge email to cancel the account, but there is no response from the company. At this rate I will have to contact my credit card company to prevent future payments.

Can't cancel sim plan, no contact from vendor, formal complaint made to TIO – It seems Kids O'Clock run a separate business or have some affiliation with a company called PremiumMobile. When you sign up for a Kids OClock sim plan, you get put on a PremiumMobile.com.au sim subscription and are given access to a PremiumMobile.com.au website portal which shows your phone service. carrier. There is no contact number for this company simply a website form which you must submit. Since the online portal that PremiumMobile has built has every service available except cancelling (funny that), we submitted the form requesting cancellation of our month to month non-contractual product. Long story short, we've had no reply in over a week and the service is set to direct debit again. As a result, we have lodged a formal complaint with the TIO.

Terrible – Web interface is terrible, full of bugs, barely usable. Customer support is random, they barely speak English. We bought this plan with kids o clock watch. I guess our personal data is already sold on black market by now. Don't trust them at all. Can find similarly priced plans elsewhere. Show details

there is 13 numbers on the sim card which is what I entered. There was also no response to an email I sent requesting help.
