Did a warranty repair on my Delonghi Coffee Machine. Quoted me $88.00 plus surcharge to return post. I accepted under protest. When machine arrived the Australia Post label was $38.80. I complained and was told " this is normal business practice to charge technician rates to pack the machine into my supplied packing" Beware of this company, I feel totally ripped off, Over $50 for a 5 minute job. Surely should be included in the repair cost, but not here
