said after 5pm before 7pm, after my partner waited around, we kept being called and told has to be later, has to be later, we were guven a 2 hour window to collect and there was no one at the warehouse until 10 minutes to 7pm which was the end of the 2 hour window, each call they just said we will call you when we are ready and hung up, they only had 1 person who could be there who was also the delivery driver that day. I had specifically checked the day prior that someone would be there at 5pm as we were travelling from Toowoomba to collect the order, i would have had it delivered but the cost of delivery was more expensive than the order itself. Will never order from here again, its not worth the hassel for cheap flat pack furniture!!!

Two and half months later STILL waiting for refund. Awful customer service – I bought the Bondi Grey Three Seater Sofa at the end of last year. refund as I was in warranty and I was shocked at how quickly this had happened when I live in a family of two adults and the couch had not even had much general use. I have been given the "run around" by nearly every foreign worker at this business. They all take my name and number and say they will came back and then they never do. For TWO AND A Half Months I have called them and waited, waited and called. Nothing. I have now left the matter with the Consumer Watchdog and Industry Ombudsman. Do not give this scam company your money. They do not intend to honour Australian consumer laws and would never give you a refund even for a faulty product. No wonder they no longer sell this sofa.

Good manager – Unfortunately while purchasing from this place there was an item I was not happy with. But in the end the the staff where helpful and super professional. It’s sad to see that a few people in a company can make it a horrible experience. But in this case my problem was solved thank you

Worst service received ever – Not at all accuarete. I ordered it online and paid a top dollar $90 for the delivery. Got the incomplete flat packs. I had arranged a guy to assemble it who couldn't assemble it because of the missing pieces. Waiting for the remaining pieces to arrive so that we can finish it someday. Never Buy From This Store – this store is the worst store I have ever dealt with in my life, been waiting 9 weeks for a refund for bad quality products. Now they blocked my number so I can’t contact them. I have gotten consumer affairs involved and will be happily taking them to court. They are not keeping my $800!

" RUBBISH FURNITURE " NOT PRICE WORTHY FURNITURE – I placed feedback on google on their bad products and services however their fake reviewer tagged it as inappropriate. Most of their good review are fake. Avoid buying from them they sell rubbish from China at marked up price, Better go to IKEA

Dodgy wardrobe. Sydney warehouse – Was delivered a Redfern wardrobe. The wardrobe collapsed once put together and the melamine cracked horribly. Would not refund and said I had to pay for new parts even though it was not my fault. Beware absolute scam artists! They also delete reviews off their website do not be fooled.

Buy some. Rubbish – Never every buy any product from this company. They sell rubbish customer service never answer nobody help Extra charge I have invoice and pictures of my slide wardrobe with big gap on top bottom and side. Failed to deliver – Ordered 1.5 weeks ago completely wasted time whole Friday waiting for delivery called at 4.15pm when delivery was ment to be 10-3 Waste of my time taking day off work too

Paid for "new" delivered "second" quality – I purchased online two 5 shelf cupboard units and picked up in store, Brisbane Qld. These consisted of 4 heavy cardboard packaged boxes. sides had holes drilled in the wrong spots and had been filled with silicone!

I paid for "new" goods yet was sold "second" quality goods.

They offered me $25 compensation for both units, later raising it to $30. This was hardly satisfactory!

I can see from the other reviews here they have been doing the same to other people. I have submitted a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading and Priceworth have withdrawn their compensation offer but have offered to take the goods back for a full refund. The problem is I would be out of pocket about $100 in fuel from two trips to Brisbane, no cupboards as well as two days out of my life!

Why do they sell "second" quality goods as "new", this seems "deceptive" trading but I will let the Dept of Fair Trading decide if this is the case.

So please be aware of what this company is really selling and how they treat their customers who have had issues with quality.

They are cheap for a reason!

Price Worth furniture Sydney – The furniture I ordered was delivered damaged. When I told them that the furniture is damaged, they have agreed to replace with $15 cost per part. They are garbage in their job and should be jailed for robbing people. I wonder what fair trading is doing.

Shocking service – I purchased a large cupboard online with additional service of assembly plus I had to pay an extra $15 to have it taken up one flighy if stairs. I had requested he arrive by a certain time and he was more than an hour late without a call. had to assist plus our balistrade got damaged. He lacked initiative and urgency. I had to delegate solutions on getting his stuff upstairs. I had already paid them so manage the work and think on their feet. I had previously mentioned that I would leave while he was doing the installation if he was late. Upon returning home I found he had left a complete mess on our bedroom floor.

I emailed them my concerns and received not a word back which means they couldn't care less.

Bang for the buck – The staff in their showroom was very friendly and helpful. Did expected much for the price I paid but the robe actually held up well and quality isnt bad either.

Beware - Product Not Safe & No Stock – BE careful with this people. They will sell products not on stock and will ask for money when they have stock. They are cheap for a reason. Their bed frames will bend in 1 to 2 months and will break as well. Don't trust this company with your bed. They are robbers who will say anything to make a sale. No one will contact you if there is a problem.

Furniture sells at a very low price – I live in Lewisham. One day I drive to sydney and pass by this shop. The price of furniture in this shop are unbelievable low, as low as second hand furniture but they all totally brand new. I brought one dining set that day, and I enjoy it. Inexpensive
