Prima Coffee Machine - is Primo!! – I've had my prima capsule coffee machine for two years and its the best thing since sliced bread. Was a lot cheaper than the others on the market. It's never leaked, the milk has been perfect a I've got friends how come over for coffee who own Nescafé machines and it tastes the same, better as you can control the milk flow (froth). Daughter loves it for the fluffier we make. I've recommend to all my friends and family. Why pay more ???  Show 3 replies

Prima more like Screamer – My daughters gave me a prima for my 60th birthday and from the first lot of trim milk it kept burning the milk and leaving a burnt skin on the bottom of the jug. Now the little spin thingee that keeps the milk moving does not work which renders the jug useless and the whole machine good for only espresso coffee as milk will not heat. Do not buy… Read more

this machine many better ones on the market. The Nespresso coffee capsules workk fine in it Element is to hot or the milk does not move enough causing burnt milk

Don't waste your time & money – Purchased one in December 2012 and now about to return machine #2. Terrible machine that leaks more water than it puts into the cup. The 1st machine lasted 20 cups of coffee & machine 2 leaked from the first use. Horrible machine is an understatement. Lady at our local Big W confirmed that they have had numerous returns with the same issue.… Read more

Contacted Yale Prima in NSW who informed us that they are no longer making / supplying this machine and that we would be better off just getting a refund rather than send it back to them for repair .... The fact that it was easy to return for a refund & Big W staff were very helpful Leaks more water than it puts into cup .... Dangerous

Love It !! – Bought the Prima machine about two months ago because it was super cheap, and thought we would give it a go, made lots of coffees, with no problems at all, even use the reuseable capsules, and they work great too, so lots of choices for flavours of coffee. I also plan to take it with us when we go away in the caravan, ideal size. NIce and small, cheap price.  Show reply

Good except machine leaks water – I bought this machine from Big W in Nov 2012 and took it back in Jan 2013 as it was leaking water everytime I made a coffee. Big W sent it away for repair assessment and called me the next day to say it couldn't be fixed. I requested a replacement because I liked the machine and it's capabilities but after I made my first cup with the new… Read more

Good cuppa to start of the day! – Simple and easy to manage and clean.. My problem is when the water dispensed became less than what it was supposed to release.. need advice on how to correct this . This happened to both water outlets. Otherwise, the machine works fine. No regrets on choosing this machine over others available in the market  Show 2 replies

Simplicity At it's Best – After reviewing several other coffee pod machines. The Prima Coffee Machine is a hands down winner simple to use, requires 1 power point (others require 2) the milk frother is on the same 'stand' as the actual coffee machine. Easy to clean & compatible with many coffee pods on the market. Currently using 'Espresso' pods but it will take… Read more ·  17

'Nespresso' if you really want more expensive coffee. Inexpensive, Ease of use, energy efficient 1 power cable not 2, neat looking unit, fast cleaning overall.
