Ordered a Denver broncos salute to service hoodie. Paid extra shipping 10$ for expedite to get before Christmas because it was a gift. Package arrived after Christmas and it was horrible. Communicated with customer service (email only). Was offered 15% refund to keep the item. Declined and was offered 30% to keep the item again I declined and requested a return authorization to which they replied that their return facility was undergoing maintenance and they weren’t accepting returns. So I opted for the 30% refund( my order was 115$) and never received it and never have heard from them again. The company website is Prime Jackets. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Product is misrepresented and is trash. Customer service is non existent. I knew It was shady when the package shipped from Karachi Pakistan. Stay away from them . Bad company and total scam artist.
