Emailed them to install a little wood fire. Emailed me for details then nothing. I sent 2 other emails and was ignored completely…. Pretty rude customer service!

Ripped off customers. Don't us this service – My property agent use this service for my investment property. I would like to give them 0 star but no option for 0 stars. My investment property has leak in bathroom and my agent call this service. The plumber come and take photos with thermal leak detecter and change me 462 dollars without fixing the leak. Write a report to me said I need a full bathroom renovations to fix the leaking. No itemised tax invoice was provided after charged me through agent. My neighbour next door came and help me with the problem said same problem with his bathroom. He had a quick look and found it is the problem the water tap rubber ring need replacement. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes and stop leaking from inside the wall. Don't use this service it is a ripped off service.

Ridiculously over priced, never use them – Over pricing plumber, was charged $ 500 plus to install $100 worth taps, all together charged $800 for 2 hours labour of 1 plumber in one visit, ridiculous, these plumber service is like robbing people, will never use them again.
