Cheap quality products and bad customer service – I purchased a 20m retractable hose reel from Princess Trade through Catch. After a year of use the locking system no longer works. This company advertises returned but provides no return details even on phone nor by email ...PayPal are now involved ...this company need ACCC investigation for misleading and Trading under an Unregistered name not included on ABN ..

Faulty products - no customer service/warranty – Much like the previous reviewers, this company is a disgrace. Wish I read the reviews first. Do not buy from these guys. Bought a chair that broke the first day it was used. Went to contact the supplier (which they only provide email) for the warranty and fallen on absolute deaf ears - no response whatsoever. I'm using never again & advise no one else does.

Don't buy a swag – Purchased swag online first one they sent the zip didn't work and then sent a replacement with holes. How is this legal and they want me to pay to send it back. I say to anyone don't buy off this place.

case the 20m Retractable Auto Rewind Water Hose Reel Home Garden Tool Bracket Wall Mount bought off ebay was faulty. The paid delivery cost was $25 but to return shipping cost more than the product/$78.

The item was faulty. It leaked inside the reel. I contacted the seller princess trade as they were in Australia but be warned they are not Australian owned. They were not helpful. I emailed them twice but to no avail even ebay were not helpful. I contacted PayPal who told me I had to send back the reel and pay for the shipping cost.

The reel was 9.5 kilos so you can imagine the shipping cost. I then told PayPal that I have been in contact with the ACCC and within minutes they refunded me my money. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

bought chainsaw 2008 very happy – I bought a chainsaw in 2008 from them, 20" 52cc, chinese thing. Worked great, did a lot of work. My house was robbed last december and they took it. Really annoyed. No Problems – I ordered a sump pump on line . It was delivered in two days and I have had no trouble with it . I live in victoria and the package was delivered just before xmas through aust post . I suppose time will tell but everything seems ok at the moment . Quick delivery of the item ordered

Princess Trade – I ordered a the 43 cc multi tool. Assembled it and it started second pull on the cord. We used the hedge cutter first and it works well cutting 10mm branches with ease. good alternative the B******* versions at several times the price. I was quoted $500 to shape the tree, so if it works a good saving will be made. Reasonably simple to assemble and very quick delivery considering the Christmas rush.

Worse customer service ever – I was really bad, they said they will dispatch in withing a day the payment was done and it didn't happen, you email them or try to call there and they just don't answer the phone or answer your emails. was the same discontinued unit and it had the same fault worked for no more than 5 minutes then failed..They are now ignoring my emails, so be very careful they have ripped me off for $150.00
