automated ticket response. Then silence. I contacted PayPal and lodged a dispute. Printerval then emailed and told me they would not deal with me until I withdrew the Paypal dispute. I told them they had not responded so they gave me little choice. I informed Paypal who negotiated a return for full refund. I contacted Printerval and asked for a reply paid label as per their advertised FREE RETURNS policy. They ignored my requests. Now I am left with the cost of return mail which reduces the amount they have to refund me. Don't purchase from this company. They sell fake goods, have very poor business ethnics and dont follow their own customer service claims of FREE RETURNS. Janette Bayman

I ordered a K pop costume from this site in extra large to be on the safe side. It arrived 2 days before the event and was miles too small. Since then I have received delayed, unhelpful responses to my requests for a refund and ridiculous requests for a variety of measurements to be taken to “prove” it doesn’t fit I will never use this site again

I ordered 2 of the same air freshener, only 1 was sent. I raised a claim for a refund for the missing item and they responded two weeks later asking for photos of the packaging which I no longer had. Since then I haven’t heard anything about the progress of my claim and it’s been nearly 6 weeks. Their customer support is non-existent, would not order from again

shoe, I received, a men's size 6 or (37). Since I received these shoes, Printaval will not send me their address, for an exchange, and wont answer my emails, except to say, that they are on to it. I have been sending emails, with no resolution to the problem, for over a month now. My relative is so disappointed, as he cant wear these sneakers. On the packaging, it says from Vietnam. Just another scam, don't buy from this company. False advertising, they also say, that they refund, and exchange. Well good luck , with that . PRINTAVAL are scammers
