repairing the pipe would only have taken only 15 mins max (and pretty much took less time). The repair should have been done first but was the last thing done - the bulk of the time wasted talking and assessing suitability for a renewal. I did ask about a pipe renewaI but could not be given even a rough estimation as to cost. This could have been spoken about while they were doing the repair. No doubt you MIGHT $urmise why it wasnt and MAY be routine protocol by some trades/ businesses dealing with customers... be alert to this.
Customers rely on the knowledge, expertise and ethical integrity of a utility service/business to do the right thing. I have no issue with the call out fee and equipment fee.The majority of total time spent at the job, by the plumbers, was of little to no value to me, except the repair, but certainly cost me - i paid a premium price for having asked, and had answered, some questions. Next time I'll do my own research - less costly, more reliable and just get the work done, knowing how long it takes!
The previous occasion ( 2020, same business/similar in situation - located and dug by myself) was done efficiently in 14 minutes and less than half the price to repair! $134 as against $304 this occasion. Will look for a different plumbing business for next time. Yours sincerely, Ripped Off.
Great service and value – We had a blocked kitchen drain. The customer service called to update on when the plumber would arrive. Everything went to plan and they provided exactly what we needed and great value. Thank you so much.
Reliable Service and Resonable Price – Have used Priority Plumbing three times, twice in their role of partners to South East Water and most recently in relation to a blocked sewer in our home. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem within an hour. They are always a pleasure to deal with.

less than I was prepared to pay & I even received a complement for my emergency fix. How good is that? I cannot recommend these people highly enough.
Highly Recommended – Contacted Priority Plumbing for a quote to move our water meter. The quote was very good so decided to go with them. Showed up on time and finished the job early. Great friendly plumber ( Calum ) Also the call center is in Australia. If l ever need plumbing done l will be calling them again.

Very happy with their service, Highly recommend! – I had a major issue with my hot water system which was an older unit. Found priority plumbing and was happy with their quote for a new unit and cost for installation. The plumber I got assigned was Chris; who showed up earlier than scheduled, carefully removed part of a fence to get access to the unit and installed it all very quickly and professionally.
Sometimes with trades you get good ones and bad ones, you can get ripped off or given a fair shake. I’m just very glad that Chris was one of the good guys! Just honest, no messing around-get the job done-make the customer happy!

Very impressive service – A substantial water leak had been isolated by my regular plumber to "somewhere in the house", but was impossible to find without specialist equipment. was jack hammered up, the leak repaired and the resulting hole in the floor concreted back to its original state all in less than three hours at a very reasonable cost. I was not only impressed by the punctuality of Chris the plumber, but also his professionalism in locating the leak and that he left the place absolutely spotless after the job was completed. If I ever had another undetectable leak I wouldn't hesitate in calling Priority Plumbing again.
