Pro Computers

The issue was that windows would not boot up on my HP spectre laptop despite a healthy component report coming back when I ran the HP diagnostics. I then took it in to pro computers in Nambour who had it for a week, and then reported that the hard drive died and it would cost approx $720 to repair. When I said that I didn't want to spend that much on it and would like it back they suggested that I could just leave it with them to recycle some parts and save the enviroment. I ended up having to pay $99 when I picked it up despite being initially told that I qualified for a special diagnostic price of $50. I finally took it to Bestech solutions in Melbourne and it was fixed for $120 in an hour. - just needed to reload windows. I am so glad that I did not follow Pro computers advice! **BEWARE.** Of the few times that I was in at Pro computers the tech guy always seemed to be telling someone that their hard drive failed.
