Un-Pronto – Constant unexplained dropouts throughout the day. User portal is clunky. Poor customer service and cancellation terms. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Terrible – I was told by them will be getting part of refunded when you cancelled internet service but unfortunately it didn’t happened. Please stay away from this company. This is my first time as well as last time with this company.

Ridiculous – Ridiculous service. Cost not as advertised and keep Directdebiting. very slow and poor customer service and cancellation policies. Not helpful. Charged me without aknowledging my request. Not recommeded. Not going back
