Ordered 2 dog cooling pads that felt and looked like a blanket when they arrived.Both items were returned to China for full refunds. While I received one order refund, I am still waiting for the second $119. Up to about 15 days now... numerous emails all responding with 3 -10 business days to complete, treating urgently..blah blah...Dreadful and I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this site.

Quality of Juicer was poor, it came from China not Australia. Guarantee has not protected me, I returned it, which was expensive and months later still no refund despite numerous emails and promises

1 star. Arrived broken and feels extremely cheap/flimsy. Misaligned plastic parts and poor build quality — genuinely looks like a $2 shop item. Not recommended, seems like a scam.

Selling cr#p products using fake information and fake reviews. The products they sell were never on any of the online channels as claimed. And the #1 reviews claimed are from non- existing reviews. This product is potentially lethal. It is NOT registered with the Australian Electrical Equipment Safety System, which is a legal requirement before this product can be sold in Australia. Anyone using this product could be electrocuted and should stop using it immediately.
