Bought the Academic package for my wife. The login page keeps forgetting the password and every time she wants to use it, she has to change the password. rubbish, and their support acccess form take 2 to 5 days to respond and then again they didn't even care reading my complaint and sent me back a template answer. I wan to get my money back but they don't even respond to that. It's a shameful scam. Pearson is not the name it used to be anymore.
