I contacted them and they reached out promptly with troubleshooting solutions that were explained clearly. Their website is full of temptations for me so it's easy to buy more than needed but it feels good to know I'm supporting a family-owned Australian business. Nothing but positives about their customer service, and I find their prices quite reasonable. Happy customer here.

I’ve been a pen and stationery addict for over 40 years, and purchased worldwide. I am being fully objective when I say that Pulp Addiction has been the stand-out single best buying and post sales experience in my decades of ( my admittedly excessive) stationery consumerism.
Issues with Pilot Custom 823 - store credit eventually given – I have purchase 7 items from Pulp Addiction. Four inks and three pens. Everything worked well except my most expensive purchase of a Pilot Custom 823 Fountain Pen and Ink Gift Set - Amber Fine × 1. The pen didn't perform as expected, hard starting and running thin unexpectedly. After a number of emails I was able to get store credit.

Ink sent with cracked lid and spillage – Fast shipping and good variety of products. However one of the ink shipped with cracked lid with spillage. When asked for replacement they offer a replacement cap instead, have to go back and forth with customer service to get a replacement, including return the ink bottle et cetera before a new one will be sent. Can do a little better in customer service.
Excellent service – An excellent customer care team based on quality service and quick dispatch. Queries are answered in a timely manner and if a solution is needed they go out of their way to satisfy your needs. Highly recommended.
Great experience – Really fast delivery and everything arrived really well packaged. I was a bit worried getting a slightly more expensive pen like the Pilot 823 online but would definitely order from here again. They were also substantially cheaper than other stores for this pen

Great customer service – I've ordered bottled ink from Pulp Addiction twice. On both occasions I was impressed by how quickly the orders arrived and how carefully they were packed. I'm also impressed by the range of bottled inks they stock - and most importantly, the products are actually in stock, ready to be shipped. I'm looking forward to dealing with this company again.
