shipping experience was frustratingly slow, taking over 30 days instead of the promised 7-14 business days. During this time, there was minimal tracking information available, and customer service was unresponsive to my inquiries about delivery status.
While the product itself eventually arrived, I feel it's important for potential customers to know that this company appears to be misrepresenting its location and shipping capabilities. Had I known this was actually a China-based operation with extended shipping times, I would have made a different purchasing decision.
I recommend other shoppers be cautious and verify company claims before ordering. The lack of transparency about business location and shipping practices is concerning.
Very slow delivery and poor customer service – Another company that hides the fact that they are based overseas, extremely slow delivery and poor customer service. My dog is dying from terminal cancer and just wanted to keep her comfortable in her last days but no help from this company and I can't recommend you purchase from them.
Crappy Quality and not as advertised – I ordered two dog sofa beds on 23 June 2024. Today 1 dog bed arrived and it is terrible! definitely not a bed designed by an orthopaedic veterinarian as advertised.
Their customer service is non-existent and based in China (this again is not stated on their website). Worst of all is that I paid for 2 beds and received one even though they claim the other bed is still to be delivered (no tracking number has been issued and they did write that they currently have no stock).
I will be reporting this to the ACCC and VCA, as well as making a claim for a refund on my credit card.
