I purchased this item in September, and initially I had no problems. It has the option of waking you with DAB radio or buzzer, and I always choose DAB. After a while, it started to either go directly to the buzzer, or come on with DAB for a few seconds then switch to buzzer. I contacted customer service and they suggested a reset, which didn't work. When I contacted them again they said to return it to the store, which was Pure's online store. I requested instructions, but received nothing. This is now over 3 weeks ago. I have emailed again twice and received no reply
