being able to choose between a steam and a dry clean, but we weren't asked. He literally admitted to my face that he was "in a rush" as I was paying him, and I was horrified to see the mess he made. My housemate and I did a better job cleaning it ourselves before PureDry arrived, which is a sorry thing to say comparing a disabled man and a professional company.

Absolutely going to lose part of my bond over this. My housemate made the booking and didn't find this site when checking reviews; would never have booked them if I'd known.

Please Avoid – Had 2 x rooms, 1 x mattress 1 x lounge cleaned. no attempt was made to clean it up. I work from home & had clients, so I had to mop up his mess. I then checked on him upstairs in my bedroom & I found him in my closed walk in wardrobe, creepy. Asked him what he was doing & said “did I want this room cleaned” the room was closed for a reason & NO it was not quoted, so NO, I did not want it cleaned. He then did my lounge & again left the water from his machine all over the floor, which I cleaned up again. He then said he could do part of another lounge which, stupidly agreed. He only did half the seat, now I have 3 colours running through my lounge. There are very unprofessional, no customer service, no follow up. Just in & out & take your money. Should have gone to Bunnings & hired a machine to do it myself. Can’t see any difference in the mattress I got cleaned? Some stains are more prominent then before (understand that it won’t look 100%) but that’s life. You live & learn. Would not recommend, would not use again, very unhappy with over all service. Not writing a bad review to get any freebies, just been honest.

Would recommend to anyone – Michael From Pure Dry did my carpets, I found him friendly and professiona.I am 100% happy with results. Yvonne in their office was very helpful. A top company to deal with.

Never again – Worst service ever look elsewhere. Rushed job - stains still there might as well gone and had a good meal out some where other than waste my money with them. notice and did a rubbish job. Rang them to tell them I was not happy with the job they said they would call back but never bothered even calling me back so much for there policy if your not happy let them know & they will fix it. Not worth the effort. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Look Elsewhere – I was told AM or PM when booking asked if I could be first as I had medical appt later. They said they would ask the carpet cleaner if I could be first at 7.30AM. 10AM arrived no carpet cleaner, phoned them and they said it would 11.30 to 12pm he arrived at 12.20. when he arrived I would have the option of steam or dry cleaning, he only turned up with the steam cleaner, go figure!!. In the brochure it says 2 hours for drying the carpet cleaner man said 5-6 hours and he was right, go figure!!. I had a carpet cleaning business and I could get it down to within 30mins of scheduled time these people took 5 hours, go figure!! The job itself was ok but no bether or worse than anyone else. He only used the prespray for all stains and did not have specialised stain remover which any decent carpet cleaning firm would have, instead he just said " I tried to get it out with the prespray and it wouldn't come out" where as if he used the appropriate stain remover it probably would have come out. Stay away from this firm.

Extremely happy – Had the pure dry team over to do my carpets. They were on time and did a fantastic job. They were bright and cheerful and more importantly new the meaning of good old fashioned service. Thanks again pure dry I will recommend you to any one who wants there carpets clean and fresh

Worst firm you could every use – When this company had finished steam cleaning my carpets and furniture, the arms of the chairs were still filthy. Carpet spills were still visible - untouched almost. times and got no response. When I lodged a formal complaint about them, they lied about getting back to me. They offered to give me a discount next time I used their services. You would have to travel a long way to find a worse company than this one. the price

Terrible service – Carpet cleaners arrived in unmarked van, I was asked whether I wanted dry clean or steam clean. Guy argused with me when I asked for advice. Carpets not vacuumed nor stain treated as stated on website. Edges not done. Two rooms cleaned in less than 20 minutes. Wanted to charge extra for lounge room, so had to forgo one bedroom. Shoddy.

Awful customer service – I have just had my carpet cleaned and am very dissappointed. I also requested a mattress to be cleaned as well. When I originally asked for a quote it included deodorising but the guy tried to upsell me for this product. When I called to discuss it with customer service I got a lot of attitude from the staff. Not happy at all...

What a pure Rip-off – This company gives false information, we had booked in steam clean for their special $87/3 Bedroom. out to make a quick buck without any thought for quality or customer satisfaction...i will also now write to the consumer court to review thier business practices & close them for the sake of saving the community from these day time robbers...I had to make 3 phone calls to get my complaint registered, at the end of the conversation their so called customer relationship manager sayd oh you could go to whoever you want to complaint..

Lies & more lies followed by some cheap smell which thie compnay calls "free deodorizing"
