This company is still running through hair salons & some websites I’m still buying it I won’t use anything else love it – Reading these reviews obviously they stuffed up their website try other people selling it. Really good value for an good quality organic product. I can’t use other products laden with chemicals anymore. Very satisfied thanks. Show details

Bad Experience – I have used this product before and the product itself is good. It's just the customer service which is appalling. It's a shame as I like to support Aussie business, but it's just too stressful not knowing if the products will arrive or not. Their receipt invites you to contact them with any concerns but they never reply. It's all sadly misleading and mismanaged. My order of 2.12.18 still hasn't arrived. I won't be ordering again.

Ripped off – Do not order any products from this company! Pure Hair Food would appear to be a bogus company. No products! And no response after 2 weeks and counting ...

Never got my order – Had to lodge a dispute with Paypal. They did not reply to any emails. Paypal got my money back. Do not shop in this website because they are not trading.

Almost a month and still no product – I wish I had seen the reviews here before I ordered my product from the Pure Hair Food website. I've sent a couple of emails and had no reply and haven't received my order. I'm going to complain to Paypal about this and will hopefully get my money back. Safe to say there's absolutely no way I would recommend this company or their product.

Do not Deliver – Put an order in online waited 2 weeks, nothing, tried to contact Pure Hair Food on three occasions but got no reply. I have since put a claim in to Pay Pal after not receiving any goods or getting any reply from Pure Hair Food after a month hopefully I will get my money back. their product from Salonshop which provided excellent service. It appears that pure hair food has abandoned their online orders and deliveries.

Order Never Arrived - No Response – Really disappointed! The product was supposed to deliver within 2-5 working days...over 2 weeks later nothing... I emailed and haven’t heard anything back. Took my money but sent no product, updates or response. Terrible experience:(
