Price increase, they raised their prices from $51 to $67. That is absolutely unjustifiable.
Do not trust the reviews on their web site. They only publish the good reviews and most of them are fake most likely. Very dodgy company, would not buy anything from them ever again.
I’ve been purchasing whey isolate from this company for quite some time. The product is good and competitively priced. However, the post-sale customer service is truly disappointing and needs significant improvement. I’m honestly considering never buying from this company again.
26% increase in price on an already overpriced product within 6 months, non-existent customer service. The vanilla protein itself was good but I have no idea how they’re trying to justify these new prices.

is the product for you. Secondly, it mixes horribly. Ended up with un drinkable, lumpy coffee and ridiculously aerated, foamy shakes when made in a blender. Thankfully after seeing the photos I took, Amazon refunded me (otherwise I’d have wasted $$$). Absolutely do not recommend at all. Very disappointing product overall.
Wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased. Product supposedly shipped but more than a week later tracking has not updated. Given all the awful reviews it seems like a scam. to seek a refund via a credit card dispute. Try to buy from a more preputable business so you don't have to do the same and regret not seeing the awful reviews before paying. Disappointing experience all round sadly.
Utter garbage. I purchased some Banana Meal replacement. It arrived and every bag I opened was clumped like it had been wet. They would not refund without pics. I don't have a camera. Never have.

The quality between batches of plant protein varies immensely. I had a batch of pea protein which was delicious, the next was awful! Steer clear!
I’ve been buying from PP for a while. Mostly whey, collagen and glycine products. Grass fed, ethical products Great email support prior to purchase. My collagen powder safely delivered 2 days later

Questionable business practices – Purchased their unflavoured wpi from ebay and have always been satisfied with the product itself, however their business practices have recently been appauling. After accepting their EBAY offer to purchase 10kg of WPi, they received my payment, then cancelled and refunded my money 24 hrs later and then increased the price to repurchase.

on other reviews, it seems I am not the only customer who has had issues with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.
I am extremely disappointed with the company's failure to address my concerns and its apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Pure Products Australia based on my experience.
Happy Customer – I bought Glycine and Taurine which tasted and looked exactly the same as a more expensive brand I had bought prior. Postage was fast even to a different state. I am confident I bought a good product and saved a few bucks. Will buy again. Thanks pure product australia.
Terrible flavouring – Nothing wrong with delivery or anything like that. Just a horrible tasting product. I bought the banana 1kg and caramel 1kg and can honestly say didn't enjoy either one little bit. So that's $100 that I won't be getting any value for.....Won't buy again!
Highly recommended – I didn't have any issues. I placed an order and contacted their customer support for a free shaker because mine broke, and they sent me a glass one. (I did place a 2kg order.) I believe they offer great value for the money.

protein (not the WPI) which was just false; a profile for 100g of protein (not even a 100g serve so that’s already misleading), but the AA’s added up to 110.1g of protein in the supposed 100g serve, just impossible.
I then asked for clarity about this and how one of the key ingredients which is normally a high dosage (glutamine/acid) was extremely low which didn’t make sense, the WPC, WPI and casein which is in the Complex all have normal dosages in their individual products but it’s 4-5x less in the Complex?
I also added up the BCAA’s which came to be 11.6g but the bag advertises 13g? So again I asked for clarification about my concerns.
I was then asked to provide my mobile number (which they had from my enquiry already) so they could contact me to explain. So I provided my number again and have been ghosted, I’ve since sent a couple other emails following up requested a call back or an email, and sent another enquiry.
Their phone number doesn’t actually ring to anything, and checking both their locations on maps are not Pure Product buildings.
At no point was I rude, we had very normal conversations via email (I have all the proof of that), I just care about what products I spend my money on and want good products to consume. Pure product looked good on paper which is why I enquired, then it lead me down this path of utter disappointment.
I genuinely wanted to try their products, my partner as well, shame it’s a massive [Content Removed]. I just hope I can save some of you from losing your money. Ghosting someone doesn’t take their voice away, I just wanted clarity to your false advertising/information.

pay postage to send it back), next time I will return it. So in my silliness I accepted a refund not knowing it was going to be store credit, of the price of the item, what they don’t tell you is that you will stay have to pay the $10 postage.
I had a few points racked up from some previous purchases for free shipping - attempted to use this only to find out you can’t use 2 codes at once (as they provided a unique code for the refund). In doing so I have apparently “redeemed” the shipping code without ever ordering an item.
The customer service in the start was ok, but goes down from there. After reading the other reviews posted, I agree with what the other posters have said.
At no point did they offer, free shipping on a replacement item or to even reinstate a few shipping voucher that if utilised through redeeming points.
Ok company if you don’t have any concerns with an order but if you do there isn’t much assistance.

sucralose and also 3rd party testing which is expensive. When the claims seem too good to be true sometimes they are. I'm not sure whether they are being deceitful with there claims. I'm assuming theyre buying the cheapest crap they can from china (they claim new Zealand grass fed) . Any way, yeah all they're claims are of high grade expensive quality but it's dirt cheap. It just seems weird to me how they claim the same and better ingredients than the other brands while still selling for 10/kg cheaper than the others. Another thing is they seem to go have gone to great trouble to source the highest quality ingredients yet apparently they havnt bothered to put any real time into developing they're flavours, which to me is a red flag, doesn't make sense. I'm weary because like 10 years ago I used to buy a cheap brand of eBay then found out they got shut down because they were selling fake powder that wasn't even protein . This is why I worry. Pure Product refused to refund an “opened” product. Pure Product requested I pay to ship it back to them. Pure Product did not apologise. Pure Product is selling contaminated and unsafe food products.
The product was contaminated and clearly unsafe.

completely different order from a different date, provided a completely irrelevant tracking number & claimed the order was delivered.
Edit: In response to my complaint regarding customer service, the company’s customer service representative commented that continuing to order from them while supposedly attempting to harm their reputation is ‘not acceptable behaviour’. They then edited their post and lengthened it, stating that I had continued to order from them as I trust their ‘good service’.
While I don’t mean to cause any offence by questioning the company’s telepathic abilities, I had continued to order from them out of laziness. I do like their flavouring significantly more than Bulk Nutrients.
After their strong encouragement to stop being a customer, I scrolled down & the ProductReview site suggestions displayed ‘Amino Z’ so I clicked it. They offer almost identical pricing and protein content. There are additional coupons available & free shipping. I was stunned by their flavour range at this price point! They have better mixability. They have no packaging issues, unlike Pure Product.
