could be offered was a Wednesday or Friday morning, both times of which I work. I countered with availablity of Tuesday, most of Thursday, even Monday afternoon, but oh no this was not possible to do. I was even happy to wait a number of weeks just to get a Tuesday, Thursday or Monday afternoon. Heaven help anyone who works conventional hours by the way. They would be completely screwed. I DEFINITELY have quite a bit of availability yet they could not help. The person I dealt with was not rude, but not helpful either. I am utterly disgusted. I am a long standing customer, yet they can't help me. It's going to force me into buying a new system, and I will not be buying from Pure Water. PLEASE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING FROM PURE WATER, DO NOT!!!! They are no longer the company they purported to be. Bitterly disappointed

up my old supplies so naturally returned to drinking tap. Within 48 hours of starting I encountered serious disabling pain flareups. What the heck just happened I thought. Correspondingly, before, this there were very few flare-ups for the time I was drinking spring water. How ridiculous I thought, tap water causing me pain, come on who will believe that? I tested the theory on three occasions and each time the same outcome, the pain! I researched filters and purification systems and the best models were offered by PureWater4Life, Australia. I spoke with John the owner and he was most helpful. We purchased The Pro One big 11-litre gravity feed model with 3/9inch filters and it filters the tank in under one hour. I am coming off a cocktail of hard drugs and am successfully handling now a modest degree of pain. When I told my doctor, she said ‘Do you expect any doctor will believe your story ‘ Well no I replied, I don’t expect anyone to believe me, but that said it’s the truth. I think the chlorine or fluoride was poising me and the evidence is in the outcome, my pain is significantly reduced. Furthermore, I feel better and am told I look much better. Every person will choose how to live, but without a doubt, healthy water is an essential need for every human. Research, then give John a call for some good advice. tried using a hammer to undo the unit, had to remove it from under the bench to get enough purchase on it. When I removed it I discovered the screws to hang the unit werent aligned so the unit sits at an angle. Rang the 'boss' as he calls himself, of this business. He is rude, condescending and ignorant. He was yelling at me over a phone, telling me I wasnt listening to him and yet he never stopped barking at me the whole time. He told me that the units are over tightened to prevent water leakage, so either I had to bring the unit into him which meant I had to fully deinstall it and drive for an hour. If the units need to be overtightened then that would suggest they need to do some product improvement wouldnt it? There are better businesses than this to buy water filters from. I dont recommend them.

aquariums and do a water change (50%) on each one twice a week it gets rather costly , I dont use any chemicals now , just the filtered water . Well thats for the fish , I wont drink unfiltered tap water , and if you click on the link to watch the video , you'll see why , I'm waiting for a new cartidge to be delivered and will shoot another video to compare the difference with a pure water systems filter

Hi , I've been a customer and user of Pure Water Systems water filters for around 5 or 6 years . I highly recommend using a water filter of some sort because to say the least , what comes out of your tap is nothing short of a cocktail of bacteria , heavy metals , carcinogens and viruses . Today I took delivery of a new filter element for my counter top filter unit . I have done a TDS (total dissolved solids test) of water straight out of your tap , rain water , and water filtered with Pure Water Systems mid range ($43) and top of the range ($117) cartridges . I am being completely unbiased and am not an employee of Pure Water Systems , the reason I have taken the time to do this video and comparison is to make the public aware of the toxic mix the government calls water and pipes into our homes , seriously .....get a filter , get any filter , or buy a rain water tank.

So disappointed! – I spent time on the phone with their customer service, as we had a non-standard slimline tap mixer. After sending photos of our tap, I was assured that their ‘expert’ would know which adapter to use. Item arrived promptly, none of the adapters worked. Time to send back for refund, as it’s not fit for purpose. So disappointed ! Time look elsewhere & hopefully find an expert that knows their taps! Show details

apologised profusely, compensating with 2 years worth of water filters to pay for my glasses and a replacement filter. Cool! I thought, maybe they're not so bad after all. The replacement comes in and it doesn't have the right adapter to fit on to my tap. I call them about this, Mandy said she'll send a new adapter within the next 5 business days. Obviously distraught and frustrated, I forced myself to thank her and she couldn't even afford a 'you're welcome' or anything. Just 'bye' and hangs up. I'm seriously reconsidering even buying from them anymore and I urge you to take heed.

Best water filter ever – The technology in the filter is unmatched. Don’t be getting terrible filters from Bunnings or the water filters with multiple compartments - this is odourless, takes out metals and easy to drink down the gob. ... I don't trust tap water. Finding Pure Water Systems has saved me money ... the filters are not cheap but this is a yearly outlay that becomes less than $3 per week (the price of one small bottle of water) for as much water as my family and I wish to drink ... and I am grateful not to have to buy and cart around heavy water bottles as I did in the past. The convenience of an endless supply of good drinking water at home is something I can not do without.

Can't live without it !!! – That's the best water filter I have ever tried. I made my order online, and I had some troubles in deciding which filter I should use, but I called the customer service, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I finally decided to buy the bench top water filter, and I got to install it myself... with no help at all. I am so glad I am drinking and cooking really clean water. Pure Water Systems warranty not honored – We purchased a two cartridge under counter system with a supposed lifetime or at least three-year warranty in July 2018. When I called about the above counter spigot dripping 2 litres per day, the person I called said that we had not serviced it often enough and in her opinion, this voided the warranty. Shocking customer service and incorrect quoting - always is more then originally quoted – I have had my system for years and have had quite a few problems with pricing of servicing and the filters are more then the original cost of the set up. Couldn't live without my pure water filter – My partner bought a counter top system as he thought our tap water tasted terrible. I had never noticed that the water tasted bad. But now, after years of drinking fresh filtered water I could never go back to tap water. It tastes so revolting I can't believe I ever managed to drink it. Poor – Disappointed the water taste clean and crisp but when i tested the water it is was very low on the acid side! So anyone that needs high ph levels stay away and look else where! It's a shame cos the taste is nice but the quality in alkaline is low :(  Show details

Stop calling me – Dodgy sales calls stating they are conducting a survey. They hang up once you question why they need your full name to conduct a survey. Rude people. Cold Calls via Private Number – This company will use a private number to "cold call" on mobile phones. A fellow named "[name removed]" introduced himself as from Pure Water systems and addressed me by my full name. I have no idea how this people got my details but it is unauthorised and I advised [name removed] accordingly. Whether the product is good or bad, the marketing practice is not sound.
