REALLY long despatch times - 15 months and counting – Ordered several video games in September 2015 and still waiting for delivery in December 2016. PureGames and the registered owner do not reply to inquisitive emails or answer calls (messagebank almost constantly full) - must be so busy processing new orders and taking payments that they have not found an opportunity to respond or even despatch orders.

Hopefully business will soon slow down enough that my eagerly anticipated order can be processed and despatched by Christmas 2017.

selling goods they don't have in stock – I purchased a Xbox game and paid immediately, waited for two weeks and got nothing. After raising dispute the seller told me item was dispatched and most likely was lost in transit but they don't have anymore stock. So the game was dispatched but I got no shipping information nor other confirmation. Only after the dispute I was refunded. I doubt he had stock as the game was already discontinued out of print.

This website is fraudulent. Stay away! – Puregames.Com.Au is a fraudulent online business selling video games for consoles such as the xbox, sony playstation, wii u and pc. They also sell gift vouchers. Seller would not answer your phone calls and won't reply to your emails. This website is basically set up to collect your personal information and take your money. Do not buy anything from them.Stay away!
