Junk – Completely disappointed with this product. Continuously beeped during charging, hence very annoying at any time of the day or night. Purchased new aftermarket battery after unit had been stored for a year as original would not accept a charge. New battery could not be charged. Highly not recommended. I absolutely love it! – I've had the i7 Pro for a couple of years now, and it gets daily use in my kitchen. remove both rollers to get the cat hairs out, plus the collection box at the back fills up quite quickly, but that tiny amount of effort is still a heck of a lot easier than manually vacuuming daily.

For what it is, I would not go back to being without one. Just bear in mind that it's not a miracle worker, and needs a bit of maintenance every few days, and you will be happy with it.

Do not buy!!!! – I bought a hand held one from My Deal online. At first I thought that maybe I hadn't connected it properly, but no, it's the vacuum cleaner, if you can call it that! brush just drags the loose wool into clumps and will not suck it in. Luckily I kept my old Hoover upright that

The vac keeps getting clod up with pet hairs. This means I have to take out the brush roll – The vac keeps getting clod up with pet hairs. This means I have to take out the brush roll, which has Fallen into the vac and I can't get it out. The pack of spares didn't have the metal bushes in it so now the vac is useless. LOOK FOR REPAIR SHOP – I would like to now, If their is any one in the CASTLE HILL N.S,W.2154. AREA TO REPAIR PLEASE. This vacuum works, but it doesn't pick up the dirt brush doesn't work , After sales care i am very disappoint.Not happy i wii never buy from them again.OK not happy.

The after sales customer care is terrible! – This Vacuum is rubbish It doesn't pick up It doesn't go back to the docking station You can't buy the batteries for the virtual wall Doesn't pick up After sales care is terrible No matter how many times you email and send your phone number for someone to call you relating to problems, no one does!!!

Error 002 all the time! – The machine stops often and it says error 002 all the time. I cleaned many times and after a few minutes it stopped again.It looks like it's a common problem, however it should not happen as the reason why people want to use is to do not have to clean. I do not recommend it.

Worked well for a while – This machine worked well for a while until I initially got a 002 error but now the machine just won't work at all (tries to begin working but then just turns off). absolutely great – I was given my robot for Christmas 2014 from my family as I had a total knee replacement and trouble walking, now Christmas 2015 and I am just re-charging to go again. Best thing since sliced bread as far as I am concerned. we have carpet & tiles. I clean it after every use so it is ready to go when I want it

Don't waste your money – I bought 2 of these vacs. I used them fine for 6 months and then did not use them for 3 months over the christmas New Year holidays. Now both will not charge and just beep with a faulty battery. I contacted the company they initially responded quickly but they basically said it was not their problem and there is no service agent in Australia. What a waste of money.

Love it – We are wrapped in this product, took a bit to work it out but when it is properly programmed and charged works great. I need to clean out dirt after a couple of uses but that's ok. My husband was really cautious but when he saw the results was impressed, we sit and watch telly whilst it does it stuff. Would like another wall signal tho.

So far appears a good buy for the $$'s – Bought it on EBay for under $250...cheap possibly but worth a try if only to suss the robot vaccies out. tends to bind & thus drag the speed down so regular attention needed to those spots at every emptying.

Let the rubbish collected build up & the performance really drops off so is entirely up to the user how it goes.

Only way to get it to do a good thorough clean is to clear out as much stuff that is likely to impede it such as low chairs, electrical cables & cords plus fluffy edges on rugs tend to get wound into the brush unit. We have found giving it a clear go at a room yields best results so is entirely up to the user to do some basic tidying up prior to letting it loose.

It appears to use Infrared signals to allow the return to base for charging so IF the unit cannot "see" the charging dock it then reverts to searching by following the walls around until it detects a signal...about 10m it seems. Once it picks that up it then heads straight for the docking station no worries & the blinking blue light although a wee bit annoying IS a good indicator that the thing HAS docked OK and IS charging.

Also discovered that it tends NOT to respond to remote commands until the battery has been given a FULL initial charge & then is quite OK.

To us if used regularly it reduces the major BIG machine vacuuming considerably & we let it loose in a room or area once a day.

Daughter so liked it I have bought her one as a gift so we will see how hers goes in larger rural type house.

Brilliant for cleaning up the pet hair from our blue dog who sheds hair constantly.

Yet to experience issues for spares supply but at the price one can almost call it disposable as so much gadgetry is nowadays.

then on it was all downhill. There appears to be no service agent in Australia and my query was directed to China. I sent them a video of the machine with the fault who in turn sent me videos on how to fix the machine. This took a month or two. The spare parts were sent from Sydney took another couple of months for them to arrive and they only sent one part when they were meant to send 4. When back to them another two months later another lot of spare parts arrive this time three of them and only one of them the correct part. The machine still does work. It is just a piece of rubbish. Do not buy as it would appear to be a lack of spare parts available in Australia, no service agents and poor customer service.

get entangled on electrical wires but i am assuming others would be the same. It also goes back to its homing station. I think we just gotta give it time and it eventually goes back there.

One of the only drawbacks is spare parts. I am struggling to find anyone to get spare parts like brush and rollers for this robo vac. They havent worn of or anything but based on how much we use this thing i feel like we should replace them to maintain its cleaning standard.

From time to time i do open it up to empty its bin but also give the robo vac a nice clean, making sure nothing is tangled around the brushes or wheels and cleaning it properly.

I think if maintained properly it does a very good job and definitely value for money. We love it.

automatically return to its docking point which has an annoying flashing blue light while it's on charge. It's also fiddly to couple up to the charger. On the up side, it vacuums well enough, even though it tends to concentrate on one particular area for a long time, and can be programmed from the remote control if you can get it to work. The instruction booklet is not that clear. Not as good as the iRobot so I'm glad I got it on special and didn't pay full retail price.
