All the required documentation was sent with the claim to this insurance with Jetstar declaring it as lot bag. They are keep asking for documentation even after providing all documentation. proper reason. They then agreed the claim was valid, but they wanted more forms to be filled out making the task so complicated that after 2 months we just gave up on the claim. It was clear that it was their strategy to avoid making the insurance payment. Not a good experience.
