Great product and great online after sales service – I purchased two QPix Digital Photo Frames and they have lived up to the expectations I had. I had some problems setting them up but I emailed QPix and they were very patient in assisting me until I had them both set up as I wanted.

Great after sales service – I had a few set up issues with the 21.5 inch photo frame. I emailed QPix and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me, and how much effort they put in to fixing the problem. Big shout out to Bill, who took shots of the frame functions and how I could get my photos to fit the frame. He persisted until it worked to my satisfaction. I love my two frames, and certainly can affirm QPix provides excellent after sales service. Really happy with the product and the service care behind the product.
