especially kind and thoughtful when undertaking work for people with disabilities. The office staff (Erin) and project coordinator (Ted) also deserve special mention.

NDIS Clients STAY AWAY!!! – BEWARE THEY REMOVE FACTUAL GOOGLE REVIEWS!! This business takes advantage of people with disabilities on the NDIS. Charging over $1000 for blocks of plywood that are splintered with scuffed paint to sit under the feet of lounge. hasn’t even been completely welded instead leaving sharp open ends on cut metal to tear skin when getting in and out of bed.

For “professional builders” the workmanship is worse than I could have done myself. These people are being recommended by NDIS providers who are unaware that clients are being ripped off.

When you let them know that their work is substandard they do nothing about it except to remove your factual review from Google. Photos don’t lie.

It took months to get the job done with zero communication from the business. Interestingly the invoice for payment was sent through immediately though. Please save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

The 2 stars for customer service is only for the guys who came out to the site. They were nice at least.
