Delivery of the two 19000 tanks on time and assistance on site by BEN the driver to manoeuvre the tanks to the desired position was over and above my expectations. We ordered recently with Qtanks, they were having a sale offering a water pump. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. Delivery was well notified in advance with options to change the date if required. The tanks arrived and Damon and Aaron did a sensational job getting them in place after a heavy downpour a few days earlier. I couldn't be happier with their service from start to finish. Qtank Champions – After searching for a new water tank settled on ordering ours from Qtank. Easily placed an online order. From there it was smooth sailing, communication was impeccable throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be home on the delivery day, so my wife was the extra set of hands to help the delivery man. We live on a main road, so he had to park a couple of hundred metres down the road. The pair of them easily maneuvered the 3000 litre tank down the footpath positioned it so as it was ready to go down the very narrow side of our house. Overall extremely happy with the whole experience and will recommend them highly. Thank you. However be careful who you get to install, we chose someone whom was not on the approved installers as it was considerably cheaper. This person did a good job but unfortunately put the water level meter on the side of the tank not the top as is on the instructions. Now has ghosted us and the tank now leaks when full. Very disappointing.
