Distillery have done nothing to assist, i even made the offer for them to sort this out directly and allow me to come pick up my order directly and that was met with silence. Queensland Distillery, you can pack your bottles as carefully as you like but when you are unable to get the orders your customers pay for actually to them there is no point and then refuse to assist when thing go wrong, you will go broke. Your only way of selling to the public is online and having you customers trust you with your delivery. I am here now telling anyone they should have concerns around your delivery. The product is great, your delivery is deeply concerning!

Got the gin and vodka and was pleasantly surprised. The order was delivered quick, very well packed and the tracking updates with Sendle was spot on. As for the taste.....taste as good, if not better, as gins double the price Imo. The Vodka is clean and crisp. Five out of five stars Show details

I was sent an email to but 4 bottles and get them for $30 each, for the first 50 people. So I brought the the 4 bottles. The next day I received a text message to buy 4 bottles at $29 each and no limit to amount of customers. Tried sending an email but it bounced back. What a rip off, why 2 different prices.

Several of their email addresses have [ FAILED_PRECONDITION: connect error (111): Connection refused] ● 5. Their order acknowledgment email does not include a PDF of the TAX INVOICE, so you have no record of what you actually ordered. ● 6. The "contact us" link on their emails is broken -- it's not a link it's just the text "contact us'.
