Servicing and customer service horrific and no accountability – I used this company based on being B&D's recommended local dealer. I realise that my roller door is old but it was in working order and all I needed was a new weather seal. I requested new weather seal, limit to be reset and service. I gave him the instructions and he still had no luck. Could get the roller door to go down electronically but not up. Was advised the weather seal he had isn't wide enough and in the end I said "well the main thing is the weather seal and I thought you would do the limit reset after the new weather seal". I sent him on his way saying that I have reset limit before without a problem and I'll give it a go and the main thing is the weather seal. He said he would "get one of the girls to give me a call". I hadn't heard after a week and rang the office explaining that I was waiting to hear from them about weather seal and that he had broken my door and would like to know what is happening as I'd like this sorted asap. Can I say again it door was working electronically on its own until Qld Roller Doors worked on it. I was told there had been a "miscommunication" and that "he didn't break the door". I was then told they don't make weather seals for this anymore and they could book in a service if I wanted I've said I'd get back to them. No customer service or accountability go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE QRD – [name removed] and his team will commit to a scope of works beyond their capabilities. Their internal and external communication is virtually nonexistent. They claim to service all roller doors including automated roller doors. They are unable to service the automation side, particularly if the automated component is a Gliderol product. removed] is quick to take your $155 and if you challenge him because the door will no longer close completely, he will tell you to Get Off.

Don’t use Queensland Roller Doors unless you want a bad experience. It’s remarkable they still have an operating business

Exellent trade work – Great job by Dale neat as a pin quick and tidy. Installed two roller doors took the old doors away gave a brief on how to operate the new ones. Very pleased.

Good Service – Excellent communication and service by Pia and Nathan at Queensland roller shutter. Kept me up to date through out the installation process. Purchase and install of our new roller shutter was done in a quick timely manner.

Replace old roller door – My old garage roller door has been replaced with B&D roller door and motor opener by QRD Queensland Roller Doors. After the works done, I found there are damages of the wall alongside the track. And a obvious gap between the track and the wall is noticed. The salesperson has come to inspect as requested. Then I have been told that it is hard to avoid due to hammer drill into the old track. And it is the best they can do. They refused to fix it.
