trustworth service. It was ready for pick up within 2 hours of leaving at a reasonable price cinsidering the value to me of the rescued data. I have no hesitation in giving Quick Fix 5 stars for excellent service.

Follow-up · I couldn’t shut down my laptop, nor could I open anything. I googled on my phone to find a repairer, amongst others Quick Fix came up, I read the reviews & liked them. Plus out of the 2 shops (I think)they have, one was handy to me. Jordan slowly explained what he thought he might need to do, I’m not exactly sure now what he said, but I’m happy my laptop hasn’t missed a beat since
I had a fantastic experience with the Quick Fix Annandale branch. They were incredibly fast in diagnosing and fixing my laptop issue — I was truly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. A special thank you to Kim, the IT technician, who was not only knowledgeable but also very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. It's rare to find such reliable and friendly tech support. Highly recommended!
Excellence – I had real bad issues with my iPhone 7 so decided to get a refurbished iPhone ended up getting a iPhone 12 from Quick Fix at Annandale. They were fantastic so helpful honestly I will be recommending them to everyone, they setup my iPhone completely with screen saver, cover and all the settings organised nothing is too much trouble for them. Great service guys I’ll be back.
Great help – Big thanks to Quick Fix Annandale, Townsville.. Everyone told me my device couldn't be fixed. Quick Fix were the only place that was prepared to even LOOK at the problem. Kept the device overnight then gave me a thorough report as to what the problem was. No charge. Great service (fast, clear) and friendly. 10/10
