Love the mattress. Got a great deal for 16% off the price at $3315.50. I also got the mattress topper, two oval pillows, and mattress protector. Quality is fantastic. Just letting you know the mattress once put together is heavy haha. Take the time to watch the tutorial because I had to strip all the layers and redo once I got to the last box with the mattress cover in it hahahaa. Service was great. Flexible payment options, and I was able to fit everything in my Toyota Camry.
I can’t say if the mattress runs hot or not. I’m a hot sleeper, but the room that we have the mattress in just sucks up heat through the window. I can’t fairly judge because of that. I do notice that I am not as hot as I used to be.
We chose firm firm but the mattress topper on top makes it all soft which is great.
The latex pillows were awesome when we first unpacked, but they got fuller after a while. Now the pillow is too high for my neck, so onto the guest room it goes.
Follow-up · Shipping did take a while. I picked up from the warehouse during sale, but they had to order in. Original ETA was 1 month but ended up being around 2 months to arrive. Yes, the topper makes the bed pretty soft for us. Otherwise, the two firm layers would be too much for me. Mattress is heavvvvy once out the box. Everything is wrapped great, but once you undo the plastic and it unfolds itself, it is difficult to move. Idk how we are meant to air it.

Best night's sleep in ages – Purchased the Hybrid mattress with half each firm and medium top layer. Took a couple of nights sleep and then had the best nights sleep in ages. Purchased because living in Perth I could try before I bought. Best decision I've made in years. Just love my Quokka Hybrid
