dealing with a lovely lady called Jillanne,Over the ensueing weeks I was back and forth with questions? She never got frustrated with my lack of knowing what I wanted but instead gave me great suggestions and ideas. So we were happy with our order and were ready to go. Then with 4 days till the party we had Storm warnings of 200m will be hitting us on that night. So to say stress levels rose was an understatment. I looked at there catalogue and they had Marquees so I had no clue about these but with rain falling lightly 4 days out I wasnt feeling very confident with my options. So I went down to R & R and was served by a gentlemen called Lindsey. Wow how lucky was I that he walked up to serve me.I told him our problem and he gave me options and why he thinks I should go with the 6 x 12m marquee as it would hold the required amount of people with room between the tables for peoples comfort. I said that we were on a slight lean and Lindsey reassured me that this would not be a problem as he has encounted this many times and he explained in depth how they approach this problem. Well we ordered what Lindsey recommedned at a very reasonable price. Then he asked if they could come an erect the marquee 2 days earlier than normal which I was very happy with so I could watch the whole process and understand what he was telling me. They turned up on the thursday,Lindseys son and 2 offsiders. They were very dilligent and friendly and were merticulous with there measuring so that everything aligned for the framework. Wammo the jobs done and the son gave me great feedback on how everything worked with regards to the flaps opening and so forth and didnt leave until I was comfortable and understood what he had explained. Well Saturday came and so did the rain but due to having the Marquee up we had a great night with no one getting wet. Today being Monday they were there early to pick the mobile fridge and take everything down. Lindsey said that they would deliver,set-up,check everything,then pull it down and pack it away. I still remember his words. Ive been doing this along time and seen big storms,these Marquees will stay up and I guarantee you everything will be fine. To his word everything was fine and we had a wonderful night. Thanks Lindsey,Jillanne,Lindseys son and the great team.I know where Ill be going if I need to hire anything in the future.
