Raid One Shot Crawling Insect Surface Spray Odourless

MORTEIN POWERGUARD DIY PROFESSIONAL OUTDOOR & INDOOR SURFACE SPRAY – i was unable to get the trigger spray to work even after following the directions several times. I also tried opening the spray nozzle and holding the bottle upside down to allow the product to flow down the hose to the spray nozzle. Finally, I had to fill another spray bottle but the product is very thick and pouring it proved quite frustrating because it comes out in big glugs so quite a lot of it ended up being wasted. I tried to contact the manufacturer, Reckitt Benckiser but they don't have an email address on their website and don't answer their 1800 number ... Good One Mortein!! Crappy product and even worse custome service!! I'm guessing that the product will also not be much good!!

Does Not Work – You do have to spray forever, that might or might not immobilize the insect, but you have to go in an definitely do the dirty work- or chase them down after spraying etc. How is this even still on the market?

False claims. No residual 'surface spray' protection – This is advertised as a Crawling Insect Surface Spray with p to 4 weeks "long term" protection. We used this with an ongoing and problem we had. The ants would come from a windows, crawl up the wall and along the bulkhead of the cupboards. We used this spray and it killed the ants on contact. Two days later, they were back. We'd spray again, and two days later they were back - along the same path. Multiple coats of surface spray and no residual effect. More so, there is no Australian Internet contact for this company. SC Johnson advertise an '.au' address on the can but it redirects you to their US site. The US site had an Australian link which takes you back to the USA site. In the contact web form there is only accommodation for American states and you are forced to nominate one. And... this product does not appear on either the Australian nor USA web sites. We bought it from Woolworth NSW.

DO not buy this product. Use a cheaper spray without paying for the non-existent surface properties.
