were the first to schedule the meeting (within a week) and attended our property too see the spaces we had identified and talked us through each of the pro's con's for the different spaces. 2 others just sent through a desktop quote and one other gave us an 8 week date to come to the property and one we are still waiting to hear back from.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Rainwise had the exact shape, size and colour. Darren was excellent in our meetings and explained the whole process and choices that we had.

We did not have an easy approval process with our pool, due to our local council, as our pool install was in our front yard (our front yard is essentially our back yard). This took 5 months to approve. Rainwise worked with the council and attended many meetings onsite (in addition to emails, calls etc) collaboratively with our landscaper to get the approval over the line. Once approved Rainwise made every effort to have our pool installed. During install we 'sprung a leak' as we live close to the ocean. This delayed the craning in of the pool. Overnight the dig out filled due to the attachment on the plumber coming off, Darren was here first thing in the morning jumped straight in and fixed it. We placed a special order for coping from China which when it arrived was incorrect (not ordered through Rainwise) so had to be recut and sent again by sea. Rainwise and Darren checked in on us during this time, went to every effort to keep the pool in a decent state and most of all ensured that we had our pool handed over 2 days before Christmas. Best Christmas gift we could have had and we are so grateful for the outstanding service we received.

Through the process we decided to change our filter from a cartridge to a Glass Media Sand Filter. Rainwise happily changed the filter over for us.

We received excellent service. We felt cared for and valued throughout the process. The pool and maintenance is super easy to maintain with all the products and selections that Rainwise helped us select in the beginning. If you are thinking of installing a pool, do so you will love it and go through Rainwise- they will look after you throughout the process and if you have any needs post handover.

Expensive mistake going with Rainwise – We chose Rainwise to install our pool and also used their recommended pavers and paving installer. Pavers were terrible as well as the paving job itself so much so that we’ve had to rip up the pavers and start again at our expense. Bad decision using Rainwise so buyer beware. Show details

Spent the whole day waiting for them to come, and no one bothered – I made the booking for a Pool service one week ago. all. " I said I've been waiting for a whole day and had to change schedule because they didn't come in the morning. "Oh I will call the office to see if anyone else can go." Then... Nothing. Next time please tell me from the beginning that "We don't want to do your small job" and save me some good time for waiting null.

Julie in the office was an absolute great help with getting the plans done.

Rob, Owen, Rory and the guys did a really amazing job, the access we had wasn’t that big but came up using a conveyor belt that Carted the dirt up several belts to awaiting trucks.

Within 2 days it was dug out, the guys really put in an awesome effort to get the job done, we had problems with the storm water pipes, however they were on the ball to change it which worked perfectly.

By day 3 the rain come, yet the guys worked between the rain to get the pool in.

The approach from all involved were truly appreciated, very friendly by everyone.

We can’t thank Rainwise pools enough for the team effort that went into our inground being put in,
