Lift has been out of service 3 days, faster to walk down the fire stairs then wait for the lift. restaurant is bearly open fitting are old wonky table old sagged lounge aircon to stay on all the time it is so noisy light shines through the room due to light opposite window balcony door to stay closed TV keeps stuffing down modem has cut out 4 times dirty stair wells not to happy they stuffed the books up as well lucky they could sort it out had a studio room think I got the standard but payed top dollar
Ramada Macoola Beach get place for a staycation – Check in was seamless, staff friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, not at all like the reviews we had read before arriving. It was clean, tidy and larger than any motel room we had been in. Lots of coffee and tea. A microwave and kettle. Perfect for a longer motel stay! The pool is amazing! Short walk to the beach and shops were in walking distance. The restaurant served fabulous food and the pizzas were better than ones we had in Italy.
Absolutely well done to the staff and management many of whom spoke to us during our 5 day stay!
Extremely Happy. Will holiday again – I stayed in a beautiful deluxe 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. All the staff at Marcoola Wyndham are absolutely magnificent. The reception Manager, the reception ladies and gentlemen , hostess's Marianne and Rob and the cleaning staff Sarah and Wendy and Michael. They go out of their way to help you. Steve the Manager is a great guy and is so blessed to have such good staff on his team. I went to the meet and greet on Wednesday nights which was nice. Free pizza , wine beer or coffee from the restaurant. The restaurant which I believe is separate to Wyndham has some nice meals. Its located downstairs with a bar etc. There are some take-a-way shops ,convient store and alcohol shop across the road which is handy. Eloise and I had a very good 2 week holiday. Marcoola Wyndham is my favourite place to stay as everyone really makes you feel very welcome. Thank you ⚘❤⚘
