turned up at the arranged day and time and completed the job within a few hours. He and his offsider were always polite and left the area clean and tidy.

I had to contact Michael in June 2015 as i had misplaced my invoice and I needed it for my house sale. He was only too happy to oblige. when i contacted him, I noted that his company name had changed to Western Rangehoods

We couldn't have been happier with his services. In fact, we are building again (Dec 2016)with a similar requirement and will be contacting him again to do the same thing again.

Disgusted with customer service & install – Did what he wanted & was rude verbally to us. Would not suggest using this installer. The product is awesome.

Designer Rangehood to complement Designer kitchen – At last search was over when we did find the designer range hood to complement our designer kitchen, now anxiously waiting for delivery!

Not recommended – A formal complaint has been lodged with the Western Australian Department of Commerce & Trade against Michael Johnson and Rangehood Professionals for a) Failure to complete work as agreed and paid for; and b) Failure to return client's property, namely original Schweigen flue cover pieces. of the installation passed without an appearance by Mr Johnson. Of two text messages and three emails sent to Mr Johnson regarding completion of the work, only one email received a response. This response proposed another completion date and an agreement to return my flue cover pieces. Neither of these commitments has been met.

Having had a hole in the ceiling and exposed ducting and wiring for over a month, a compliant has now been lodged.

Top Job! – Had a Schweigen rangehood with the twin external extraction fans fitted. Great job, excellent fitting, cleaned up after themsleves and generally did a great job. Would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for an alfresco or kitchen rangehood installaion as they'll do a much better job than your average home builder. Great installtion and they cleaned up after themselves which is rare these days
