Over quoting – This guys inspected my faulty water pump and advised that the pump was burnt out and needed to be replaced. My friend fixed it within 30 mins. Worst plumbing experience ever – I advise against using this crew unless you have deep pockets and don't mind being ripped off. that I was severely ripped off. I was also quoted by Rapid Plumbing $400-500 to replace the taps, which they suggested would fix the problem. I refused the job and called a plumber I spoke to at the plumbing supplies who did it for almost a quarter of that price, and rightly so, because it took him less than 10mins to complete the job. While Rapid Plumbing don't charge a call out fee, they rip you off severely once they arrive and your are in a hold up situation.

Warm again thanks to rapid plumbing – Santino was amazing replaced my central heating unit within a day despite having to deal with many obstacles that come with an old house. He's very easy to be around and worked tirelessly to get my heater working. Not to mention my dog loved him.

Rapid Plumbing when you need the best – Great service from Tino and Christian at Rapid Plumbing Vic. We needed a new Hot Water Service quickly and they were prompt, courteous and provided great workmanship. Highly recommended.

Excessive Pricing DO NOT PAY UPFRONT! – Rapid Plumbing was engaged by our Real Estate agent. There was a gas leak at the property. The gas was turned off at the meter by the gas authority. or license or registration number of the tradesperson on the report. Which is what the Victorian Building Association will ask for when or if you call them. For doing that general report and no rectification works they charged over $700. Money upfront. The quote for actual works was quoted to be over $3500. Remember the issue was a gas leak, the property only has a gas heater, hot water service and oven/cooktop; 2hrs and $700 upfront for a quote/report only. I got a different plumber who gave a free quote, conducted tests to specifically find the fault and completed works for a little over the fee, the $700 not the $3500, the agent was charged for the report only by Rapid Plumbing. Our plumber had to do his own testing due to the report from Rapid Plumbing not specifically finding or specifying the gas leak. The fault was found in less than 40min. Please do yourself a favour and contact other plumbers for a Free quote. Do Not pay anyone upfront as if you have an issue with works or the amount charged you will find it very difficult to get a refund or resolution.

you need your water – rang Rapid Plumbing yesterday with a broken water pipe, stated i wouldn't be home until 3.30 pm came out fixed my problem. you don't realise how much you need water. thank you.

Solar Hot Water Maintenance – I reached out to Rapid Plumbing on 3 separate occasions, requested someone to come out to provide a quote for frost valve replacement. Didn't call me back once. Absolute disgrace!

Professional installation of Rheem hot water system by Tino Rapid Plumbing – Rang Tino late Friday afternoon and he came immediately to make safe the old unit and quoted for the best replacement option. Tino arrived next morning and installed new unit. Tino was very professional, helpful and friendly. Toilet replacement and mixer replacement – Tino attended and found problems with the toilet and tap. So he replaced both and took extra time to find the right products and was very patient. Would definitely recommend.
