I wish I had have checked this website before hand. My dog hates the product and despite the 60 day guarantee I am being asked to use it for the next 60 days, take photos, send in videos etc. Terrible product I will probably throw it in the bin

I paid and no communication at all I have had money taken from my account and no emails of confirmation. I have canceled my order within the 24hour period due to lack of communication as per the cancelation policy via email. No response via email or Facebook messenger. I suggest you stay away from this it appears to be a scam.

I contacted them again, and once again they claimed they never received the pictures. They have since essentially told me they will not issue a refund. This should have been a very simple case, but they did everything they could to drag it on and avoid a refund. I just wish I had researched reviews prior to purchasing this product, I would have seen all the negative warnings on this site and steered away.

The only thing rare about this company would be if they actually returned emails or customer inquiries/ concerns. Please do not waste your time or money. I did receive a unit. I reached out for a replacement immediately and then after a week I got a response from the company to reach out to the company who shipped it to get reimbursed. However only the shipper can make that request. This went back and forth for a while. Then, after 3 months, a customer service rep (Tiffany) said they would send a replacement unit, and that is the last time they have ever communicated with me. I send an email about once a week to see if someone would acknowledge me, send a refund or a replacement unit, but nothing.

Truly awful – Steer clear. What a waste of good money and the customer service is so patronising and unhelpful. I had a faulty product which they refused to accept back as it was out of the packaging. How can you try a product without taking it out of the packaging. Its a scam.

Don’t waste your money – Do not order this product. The product is very noisy and dogs will not let you use it on their teeth. If you notice most of these videos, just have people talking without the product actually being used. This product is a complete waste of money and the company is a rip off.

Company is a fraudulent scam – If I didn't have to star it to leave a review I wouldn't. They give u 2 weeks from order date to try and decide if u want it... only if u open the outer or inner package u can't return it. So ultimately they don't have a refund policy cause u will never get one. I will be reporting this company wherever is feasible and dispute this charge with my bank cause this is complete fraud!

Their descaler is the most frightening experience you could give a non-sedated dog. - They claim their product uses soft, gentle vibrations; this is false, the vibrations are neither soft, nor gentle. - There is no cancellation policy stated on their website, Facebook or Instagram accounts. - There is no clear description of their refund and return policies stated on their website, Facebook or Instagram accounts. - There is no return address stated on their website, Facebook or Instagram accounts; this happens to be an address in France. No full name and phone number for the recipient are provided, in effect denying the right to return the unopened product as this information is mandatory for Customs Declaration. - The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, irrespective of the situation. - No contact information is provided, other than an email address where a certain "[Name Removed]" communicates with you.
