Bought a throw pack alledged to have 5 in it according to the plastic anti-tamper covered box but found only three in it. Heard of shinkflation but this is the next level of ripping customers off.

Nope. I don't want anything other than you tighten up QC so I dont have to incur buyers dissonance should i choose to use your products again. Yates, eh? I wasn't aware of that, so will have to watch carefully when I'm buying gardening products.
