absolute piece of junk. impossible to get open to replace baits (yes I had the key). Ratsak, this is a cheap and nasty design with zero quality control.

Waste of money – Bought this last year to use this summer. After much effort managed to get the trap station open to set trap. Key is a very poor design and instructions don't even have accurate drawing of the key, and storage for key too fiddly. Want to open trap, although fairly certain it didn't work, but cannot.

Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse Retail Stores for $30.

Useless – Bought from Bunnings $30 Dec 2021, set up 4 times each time bait taken without Triggering trap. Has design flaw for it to have chance of working rodent must approach from end to put weight on trigger but design means can only approach from side. Will replace bait with poison at least if they keep eating might poison themselves but given record of wax blocks (was replacing daily) not holding breath
