Adore this product and bonus points for customer service
I got the cleanser and lotion and I love them so much. They smell amazing, look so pretty with their natural colours (how cool is that) and my skin feels clean and smooth with no redness or irritation. Bonus points goes to them for their customer service. I thought my parcel has disappeared on its way down to me in melbourne (it just didn't get scanned until delivery day) and they contacted Aus post to sort it out quickly. So good as all other companies (I've done a lot of shopping in Melbourne iso these past few months) didn't even notify me of even delays whereas rawkanvas not only notified me but then sorted it out when I thought the parcel disappeared.

Amazing products, excellent customer service.
Ordered a few different products from rawkanvas, arrived very quickly (a small delay due to Covid, as to be expected). On arrival two of the products I ordered had leaked quite a large amount, I emailed straightaway, I received a response very quickly and had new products sent out which arrived within the week (I live in Perth). The process was so easy and quick, cannot fault the customer service.
Now to the products themselves. They are BEAUTIFUL! I love using them, they smell and feel amazing on my skin. I have only been using them for a week and have already noticed an improvement in my skin. My small wrinkles are improving and the colour or my skin is becoming more even.
I love these products and this company!

Quick delivery
I’ve been using rawkanvas for 6 months and decided to send my sister in London a gift for her birthday since unfortunately she can’t come back to Australia due to corona. I ordered on a Friday night, order was sent out on Monday and delivered to London by Thursday. One of the products sadly arrived broken as the box had been squashed. I contacted rawkanvas and they sent out a replacement the next day which arrived to London by Monday. Not only is the shipping time so quick during this time, the service in resolving the broken item was immediate. Love the products and the service so I bought myself some more

Such great products
I tend to get some pretty dry, flaking and redness and pimples during colder months in Melbourne as it’s windy, cold and I eat carb loaded takeaway food so it shows on my face. With everything happening this year, stress, lockdown, lack of being able to go outdoors, inability you sleep because of stress it’s been even more stressful on my skin. Customer service is appalling
Like other reviews, I experienced terrible customer service from this company. The products I purchased were not good. The other products might be amazing - I don't know and I will not bother finding out given how this company reacts to customers. Strongly recommend trying to find an honest review (for example one not written by an influencer or someone who was gifted the products) and buying mini sizes before you commit as they will not help you if the products do not suit your skin.

As a starting point, it is really curious to see that you posted an earlier response (accusing me of returning a product with hair on it and cream on the outside of the box) and then deleted it. I can only assume you realised the inappropriateness of that response. As to going above and beyond, that is not correct. I am happy to say that at first you were very helpful (when I contacted you after using the products for five days and found my skin was persistently dry). At the point when I requested a refund, that was when you stopped being helpful and were obstructive to say the least. This is in total contrast to the experience a friend of my had recently with another similarly priced skincare company. When she reported that the product she had been using for two weeks had started to sting her skin, the company was immediately apologetic and gave her a refund as well as samples for other products from their line that they thought might be better suited. On the other hand, I had to fight to get the products I purchased refunded. And while I'm glad to have recieved the partial refund, what I do not appreciate is an email after the fact accusing me of having kept some of the product back and sarcastic responses to my genuine feedback on your products. Finally, I did not have ezcema when I started using your products, nor did I when I emailed you at the five day mark to request advice. A patch appeared on my eyelid about 7/8 days in, at which point I decided I couldn't use the products anymore and that is when I contacted you asking for a refund. Your other products might be amazing and I don't expect that they will be suitable for everyone. But I think you do have to be prepared to address bad feedback in an appropriate way when it comes in, and you need to be more honest in your dealings with customers. Lovely products
Lovely products. I purchased the cleanser as I saw some friends sharing this on their Instagram and have since added the probiotic lotion, eye cream and the blue mask. Really enjoying this for some time for myself in the evenings after a busy day of kids and work. The lady I spoke to one the phone gave me great usage tips as to how to maximise my skin routine for better results, really appreciate the personal service I received so thank you.

Amazing brand, customer service and products!
Obsessed with this range, it is now my go to! I have very sensitive skin and I also occasionally suffer from dermatitis. I messaged the team to ask for advice on what would suit my skin and they were super helpful suggesting products and a routine that could be suitable. RAWKANVAS is the only skincare I have found that does not irritate my skin while still giving results. I am about a year and multiple repeat purchases into using this range and it is seriously amazing.

Great company
Contacted the team @Rawkanvas about some issues I had with my skin. Rather than just try and sell me something they took the time to ask me all the right questions and narrow down what might work for me. Have started using The Foundation and am blown away by this product. Just totally impressed by their service and the shipping time given the current situation. Highly recommended!

The best skincare on the market
I have been using rawkanvas products for around 2.5 years so figured it was time I left them the review they deserve. This brand has everything I look for when it comes down to skin care. The products itself are beautifully packaged with scents to die for and have turned my skin around completely. I can't remember the last time my skin has broken out since using these product. I especially love the recycling program. You get store credit for returning empty bottles that id normally throw in the bin, so it's a big tick in the box for me and less waste with bottles that can be reused. I look forward to trying new product releases in the future.

Sold an off product! Beware!
The bottle of Purified I ordered was completely off. The cleanser is meant to be a gel and light green in color, but arrived looking like swamp water - brown and watery. When I emailed them with my concern, their response was that they are aware of the particular batch, but that the color, viscosity and scent can "vary slightly from batch to batch". Slightly?! I contacted them three times in effort to have them understand that the cleanser was in fact off and ask for a refund, and each time they refused to hear me. Please note we did try to resolve this with you via phone and email by offering you 2 minis that amount to 50mL (approx what you have left in your bottle), or for you to send the product back so we can determine the issue and further discuss a resolution, unfortunately both our offers were rejected. As mentioned to you via email on two occasions and via phone, we use natural ingredients so each batch will have variations in colour, texture, and smell (please note this is mentioned on every product page, and on the cleanser product page) depending on when the plant ingredient was grown and harvested. That’s the beauty of nature, it varies, much like every flower or piece of fruit isn’t identical, in comparison to synthetic products that are manufactured in a laboratory rather than grown. Natural colours can change colour in the heat/cold/sun but this doesn’t change the performance of the product at all. The product that you’ve received (and have used a significant amount in the 4 weeks since receiving it) has less thickener, an ingredient that has no effect on how well the cleanser works, with the thinner texture lathering better than the thicker texture. Some batches will be a brighter colour while others may be lighter and some will have a thicker consistency while others may be more fluid (this information is available on each product page). The chlorophyll used to colour the cleanser can vary between light green and brown green, as it depends on when all the ingredients in the formula were harvested. This has no impact on the product or its effectiveness at all. The grassy scent is due to the chlorophyll (alfalfa) which is the colour in the cleanser. From the images provided we can see there has been a significant amount of product used. We did not hear from you until you purchased the same product a second time, but as you mention the product made your skin breakout. With this in mind we’re unsure why a second cleanser was repurchased as it may not be suitable for your skin. On two occasions once via email and once via telephone, we offered you 2 mini Purified cleansers with your next order, which amounts to 50mL, equivalent to what you have left in your cleanser. Via phone we also offered you the opportunity to send the item back to us so we could inspect the product to determine the issue and come to a resolution. Both of our offers were rejected. Patience = Results

he blocked pores on my nose that I was getting daily no matter what I did, this occurred within 2 weeks of using. It has now being around 5-6 weeks, my spots have mostly cleared up now, my skin is smooth, hydrated and bright, it just looks better all round. It feels good from the moment I wake up, to the time I sleep. It isn't a fast fix product but if you give it time to work, you won't be disappointed. The website is easy to navigate and they have so many amazing products! I bought 6 products and my skin is soft, less acne, evened out skintone etc. Customer service is above average, they see you as a person and love to help out!

Great service, great products
Simona and Shannon are attentive, respond online to messages and queries fast (I messaged them on Facebook when I couldn’t work out how to use a promo code), can take a joke, and are incredibly generous providing bonus goodies in my order, providing up dates super fast, and of course, the deal clincher, free shipping!!! Hand written note in my order shows a genuine inclination toward personalized service
The products I’ve used have all been effective, and great value compared to high end brands that have a similar effect.

Great skin and great customer service
I got quite a few of the products with the crystal water bottle promo. The products are beautiful, glass packaging, colourful products and they smell really relaxing. I love my products especially Limelight and luminosity mask. The probiotics have done wonders for my skin. I’m looking forward to expanding my collection with time.

Hi there, you can do either, it’s a mist so you can spray it on your skin before you moisturise or pat it in. It naturally absorbs in though, just takes a few minutes :) Give your skin about a minute then apply moisturiser, you want your skin to be moist before you apply the moisturiser so you can lock in the hydration.
