Worst jeans ever, had to buy another pair as I couldn't wear them. They had absolutely no give in them at all and cut into me every time I sat down or bent over. Very uncomfortable. Show details

Very ordinary customer service – I ordered a shirt online and as soon as I paid for it I immediately sent them an email and asked them to change the size. to send them the item back. I then said I wanted to cancel the whole order if they can’t manage to change sizes. I simply got an order confirmation for the wrong size! I have managed to change orders with other customers with no issue - I will never use this company again!

First rate value for money.

The shirt sizes are on the small side, so a standard size 12 customer should buy size 14.

R B Sellars always includes a printed returns form in the delivered package. Their customer service is first rate. They advertise in the regional news media in Victoria, as country customers rely on their practical workwear out on the farms.

just kept repeating the same thing: "it must be user error". So somehow, despite owning dozens of shirts (including RB Burton shirts) and treating them all the same, the three that all happen to be the same type, same material but worn separately all develop the same issue... and that shows a problem with the user, not the product? They had some idea it was caused by a patch of oil or something? Bizarre. I even offered to return them. I wasn't angling for anything unreasonable.

That wasn't even it - they simply stopped responding. I provided a full account and asked questions about how it could possibly be user error with all the above in mind, and nothing. They simply closed the ticket. So buyer beware - the customer service is great when you're looking to buy, but if your shirt/s have any issues, don't think you'll get a look in - after all, RB Sellars will just tell you it was somehow your fault.

Extremely disappointing, and has turned one of my favourite brands into one of my least favourite. Be very careful.

Don’t waste your money – Purchased a drizabone from RB sellers 21st May paid extra for express post, it’s now 25th still no shipping notification called and told they have delays, there was no mention of this when I purchased the item, which is needed for the 26/5. Will never purchase again from store.

Poor Return Policy – I used to be a long term customer until I had a shirt where the dye ran. They said it was my fault despite the fact that I washed it with other shirts that had no problem. ones i bought years ago are XL. Because I bought them over two months ago, by one week, they won't take them back. Had similar problem with GAZMAN who replaced the pants no problem. Know where I won't be shopping anymore.

Deceptive Online Marketing – I visited their website to buy work shirts which were on special. required Promo Code by email. I was advised that the discount was only available on selected styles (and not on my selection) despite it being clearly visible for the item I had selected for purchase. Shortly after I pointed this out, the banner was miraculously changed to “Take a further 25% off selected styles at checkout” which is an improvement but is still misleading given it is displayed after you have selected a style for purchase. The fact that RB Sellars changed the banner indicates that they agree that there was a problem but despite this, they have not honoured the promotion that was clearly offered on their website for my intended purchase. For me, this is a case of careless marketing at best and deceptive marketing at worst and I won't be shopping with them in the future.

in the factory in South Australia. I paid $199.00. Upon checking my purchase at home I found a label well down inside the boots that if turned upside down states "Made in Indonesia". These boots look very much like my most recent pair that were made in Australia. It saddens me that Rossi manufacturing has moved offshore and that they feel the need to almost hide the fact that these boots are now made in Indonesia. It remains to be seen if previous great quality is the same as Aussie products of the past. RB Sellars staff need to improve their product knowledge!

Customer service is next to non when you are looking for great. Prompt deliveries and trustworthy quality makes it very easy to buy their clothing. Even though some of the jackets get pricey, what I say is if quality means anything to you, you will pay for it. And that I do. May this brand continue to be the best there is and continue to grow!!

New cargos not up to scratch – Only product I have been disappointed in as a longtime customer. To hard to iron, pocket fasteners lack security. No fastner on back 'wallet pocket' as I call it. I wear the old product a lot in my frequent visits to Viet Nam. Overall manufacturing materials ie inside waist strength-not as well put together as before. New color-good (bone). Inflexible policy, – I am very disappointed with this company and their not very customer friendly policy. I purchased several shirts from their store about 12 months ago, one of these shirts I have never opened or used, still in its original packaging unopened. day exchange policy, they would not swap the shirt for a smaller size. Exactly the same shirt and style is still sold, but would not swap it out. I did not want a refund, or anything different but a smaller size. This is not good customer service, flatly inflexible and it means I will not be buying any more from this seller. The only thing they had to lose was customer goodwill and they managed to do just that.

Quality mechandise, affordable prices – Shopping on line with RB Sellars for work clothes is easy; garments are always top quality, excellent fabric, good colours and made to last. They offer free postage and easy return of unsuitable purchases. This makes me a happy shopper.
