not good – bought 3 450 pro hellis sent one back came back the same. not one of them are flyable. waste of a lot of money.

Terrible – Quality and after market service has been pitiful, would never deal with them again! And recommend others don't waste there money!

Absolute terrible service – Purchased a buggy last October car worked first time charger wouldn't work sent it back sent me a new one battery would not charge sent battery back and charger then they sent me a new battery wrong size won't fit in buggy and the battery doesn't plug into charger so I sent the whole lot back and asked for my money back they sent it back to me not fixed .i have a car that doesn't work they are hopeless it is April now.

Lost money hopeless service – I purchased a rc car through the rchobbyestore last november for my daughter for xmas, i never received it, after countless emails and phone calls to both rchobby and aus post, aus post finally said it was lost in the mail, i tried to get rchobby to resend the product because i had never received it and they were useless, tried calling them but had to keep ringing back as the phone continuously dropped out, could barely understand her so decided to email instead. numerous emails and here we are in feb and still nothing. so it looks as though i am down $180

horrible service, they says 100% delivery guarantee but obviously thats not true, i lost money
