Poor Mail Order Service – Even though I live in Caloundra, this model shop is the closest I have to being local, so I have tried to support it. When placing orders, they have a dedicated option to tick that states you authorise them to leave the package without signature. I select this as I work full time and will not be home to wait for whenever the delivery service feels like arriving to sign for it. But once again this has been ignored and I arrived home to find I have been carded. In this latest example, I payed the premium price for express service, but it has been wasted. I contacted them, but their response was that it is now my problem and need to sort it out with the courier. Stated I had paid for express service, but at time of writing, nor suggestion of refund. I say once again as this is not the first time, you would think I would have learnt, well this time I have. In future I will be using Modelflight in Adelaide, they offer the same choice and they take notice of it, superior service.
