Support unsupportive! – Calling for support and no one answers, emailing support gets an automated response and no follow up. They take my money no problem though.  Show details

Great service and superfast with no dropouts – Over 6 months ago I connected to the NBN via satellite. Being in a WA regional area near Perth the cost of running with mobiles data plans, 4 kids and only Telstra being available was expensive. Reachnet/Ipstar they had the largest data plans. went for the 200/100 @ 25Mb/s

The Install was coordinated very well and carried out as planned. Customer service has been easy to get hold off and very professional and easy to understand.

Went for the biggest long range Router which arrived some 9 days latter, though had another one that was easy to setup while I waited.

Haven't had any dropouts and speed test to Perth server consistently shows 19-23 Mb/s.

shaping is great feature so you don't have to worry about over charges for data.

Reachnet not up to advertised speed – I have just been downloading updates for a gps and download speed started at >450kbs but after downloading 400Mb speed dropped to 40-60kbs. I am paying > $50/mth for 20GBwhich other ISP's offer at a little over half of this. I don't mind paying top dollar but not for dial up speeds on broadband.
