One week after using carefully an arm fell off. Emailed the company no response after two weeks. The company's descriptions of their products appear very high quality but not so in my case, service or product. GOOD NEWS I have received notice from Readers.com that they will replace the faulty glasses free of charge shipping etc and I don't have to send back broken old ones. Which is good as they came from USA and I live in Australia!
