Hi Rickn2115, Our cover is designed to provide financial protection for your loved ones through a lump sum payment if you were to pass away. If you are accepted, you will be covered immediately for death due to any cause, you would not be covered for suicide in the first 13 months. In addition, there is a terminally ill advance payment included in the cover. If you were diagnosed with 12 months or less to live by a medical practitioner we will pay your claim in full and the money could be used for medical costs.

No thanks, I just wanted to know what % do you pay out. You have great reviews to buy the product. Life insurance is very fraudulent, very few companies pay out (Comm Bank), companies like yours are very happy to take peoples money, a different story when it comes to pay out time.

I started the process of cancelling my policies over a week and a half ago, requesting call backs which never came. I called directly and went through the process, sending the cancellation letter and finally receiving the confirmation 0n 24/10/19. Oddly, I have been debited another months worth on the same day - seems a little convenient. Will this be refunded to me and if not, why not?
