in the next day I called before going in and they said yes come in now and pay if full for the dress and it will be sent to the store. So that’s what I did, I rang the next day they said will be coming in shortly. After the weekend I rang again and they said tomorrow. On the Tuesday I went in to the store again and they said they can’t get the dress their is a discrepancy in the stock. No communication about this I had to keep chasing it up. I needed the dress for the races and I spent a lot accessorising the dress that was coming in. Not only did they not communicate this with me they just said sorry this happens!! Not good enough after paying in full and assuring me the dress was secured!! Very disappointing with the service and outcome!!!
