Reclaim HO & Frankie answered the phone & could not be move helpful & left a message for Rob to contact us. Our problem was the Reclaim unit was locked into the old modem. Ron tried to help over the phone but was unsuccessful. Ron as promised came our place when he arranged & after 90 minutes we were all up & running. I cannot praise this company's service & product quality highly enough. After being in sales for 45 years & running my own business I value service & quality. Metal contamination of water, post sale service – After we had a Reclaim Energy heat pump installed on a new build we noticed green/blue staining on our shower tiles. We had water tested by ALS Water and results showed high levels of copper and lead. Australian Drinking Water Guidelines, the maximum Health Guideline level for Copper is 2 mg/L, Lead is 0.01 mg/L."

Test results showed copper 2.2mg/L and lead 0.015mg/L in our hot water.

This result was for a sample from kitchen hot water only. Samples from kitchen cold water and from the tank supply had levels under the maximum Health Guideline level which suggests the source is from the hot water service. The house is all plumbed with Pex (plastic) pipe and all water is filtered through a Puratec triple filter.

On 27 May 2022 I contacted Reclaim Energy and sent them the full test results. I also contacted the installers, Middeltons Heating and Cooling, Colac Victoria. Both said they would get back to me. With no response I sent a follow up email to Reclaim Energy on 16 June 2022. I have not had a response from Reclaim Energy or Middeltons Heating and Cooling.
